Murray River Organics' founder Jamie Nemtsas sued by Euromoney. It's not the only unhappy business development Nemtsas and business partner Erling Sorensen are juggling. Having sold 75 per cent of its conferencing business, the Centre for Investor Education, to Euromoney in 2013 for $14.4 million, the acquirer has since initiated a civil suit against the pair, alleging breach of contract and misleading and deceptive conduct. Nemtsas and Sorensen deny all wrongdoing and have lodged a counter-claim for remaining proceedings under their earn-out agreement.
